5. Google Login and Connected Accounts

You may connect Google Login, Google Drive, YouTube, and optional Google Calendar for enabled features. You authorize QVidAI to access account data and scopes you approve. Access may stop if tokens expire, permissions are revoked, or provider APIs/policies change.

Services may include AI content generation, metadata suggestions, uploads, scheduling workflows, and publishing actions through connected platforms.

7. Subscription, Billing, Credits, and Pricing

Paid plans, credits, renewals, and pricing may change. Unless expressly stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable to the extent permitted by law. Billing and card processing are handled by third-party processors.

8. Acceptable Use

You must not use QVidAI for unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, hateful, spammy, malware-related, policy-violating, or rights-violating purposes.

9. User Content and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for content you upload, schedule, or publish. You must own or have rights to videos, audio, text, thumbnails, metadata, prompts, and linked platform accounts used through QVidAI.

10. Connected Platform Responsibility

QVidAI is not responsible for decisions or actions taken by Google, YouTube, Instagram, or other third-party platforms. If any platform rejects, delays, limits, privatizes, demonetizes, suspends, or removes content, QVidAI is not liable for those third-party actions.

11. Intellectual Property

QVidAI and related software, branding, interfaces, and service materials are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for limited rights to use the service, no ownership rights are transferred to you.

12. Third-Party Services and APIs

QVidAI relies on third-party APIs and services. Availability, quota limits, provider outages, policy enforcement, and API changes are outside QVidAI's control and may affect service functionality.
